Please Note: The hammer will sit with a small gap between the strike plate and the hammer, this is due to the pressure of the gas exhaust spring, and is completely normal. If you were to press the hammer forward, to sity flush, then the revolver will vent Greeb Gas, as the hammer is opening the exhaust valve.
